Transfer re-openingDear Adventurer,
to reply to the multiple demands we have received regarding the Account Transfer operation, we will reopen it during this month of December following this schedule:
- December 16: Account Transfer Kafra Operation opening
- January 2: Account Transfer Kafra Operation closing
- Starting from January 3: Account Transfer processing
Taking into account the fewer number of orders we should receive, we currently estimate the processing time to last around 1 month at the latest. Here is a small reminder of the conditions of legibility for this Kafra Operation:
- You will be required to provide the exact following details: the account ID and password, along with a list of 3 characters (names and levels) present on the account. If you don't have the password, a complete list of all the characters (names and levels) present on the account will be asked.
- A scan or a photo of an ID document (ID card, passport, driving license, family record book if you are under 15) showing your name, family name and your date of birth (other information can be hidden at your discretion)
These requirements are mandatory and under no condition a transfer will be performed without them.
Below is a reminder of the transfer process:
- We received the account data from Burda:ic. This means that any items missing in these data cannot be tracked down and thus restored.
- All items will be removed except for: Quest Items, Equipements and Regular Cards (MVP cards will be erased).
- Godly items will be dismantled into components.
