A few words to tell you more about the improvements that we made during this maintenance. Not only the process was quickened a little (more improvements are yet to come)s, but there should not be any problematic character on the released accounts any longer. All the characters should now be playable without any issue.
As for the already-transferred accounts who had some crashing characters, it is likely that we have to suspend them temporarily (like 30 minutes) in order to apply the fix that will allow these characters to be played again.
If you are connected with this account, our team will send you an ingame message to warn you about the upcoming suspension so that you can log out beforehand. Again, it should not be longer than 30 minutes.
